I reckon it would take about 30 minutes to walk. I would probably catch the tube. Everything is accessible for this hotel and we stayed on the business floor which included air conditioning, I feel this is essential in a travelodge as the rooms are stuffy and not well ventilated. Great staff at this one which is an added bonus.
