Booked this hotel for 2 nights. On arrival we paid and went to our room which should have been a standard double room. We found our room had 3 single beds in it - when complained the receptionist told us they have no more double rooms even though we booked that. He offered to change it to a twin room...

Location was convenient to downtown transportation. Across the street from a large shopping area. Owners and reception were very helpful and flexible with arrangements. Good value considering location. Would visit again.

Just an overnight stay at this hotel, Hotel has twenty bedrooms so fairly small. Location is excellent ,right opposite Westfield shopping centre, Room was spacious and clean, with plenty of hot water for a shower. I would recommend this hotel as the price was very reasonable. Bridgemans from Norfolk.

My friend and I booked this hotel as it was 5 minute walk away from shepherds bush empire where we were going to a gig. We arrived at the hotel at 1730 to be told there was no longer a room for us because there had been a leak and no other rooms available. They could however give us a...

Stayed here two nights for London Pride! Was greeted by a lovely gentleman who informed be he had offered me the best room in the house! Lovely single room with large shower/bathroom area, TV, tea coffee facilities and wardrobe! Comfy bed too! Even though the room was over looking the Main Street I wasn't disturbed once! Subway is about 5...

The room was cosy , warm clean and dry and the reception staff although he didn't speak alot of English , was very helpful and friendly. I have to refer to a previous comment on here about the kettle...

Paid 65 pounds for one night. . Booked a single but was given a twin. No complaints. Decent sized room, good shower. No breakfast but no big deal as lots of places to eat. Walking distance from the 02. Would recommend it and will definitely be back.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to several tube stops and right across from Westfield shopping centre. We were not happy with the service, it appeared as though the hotel had lost our reservation and blamed us for it, despite us having the confirmation letter. We arrived at 23.15 and had anticipated in the booking that we would...

We had opted for a 'budget London hotel' (£45 per person per night) as our plans did not require us to spend much time at the hotel. All we required was a decent place to sleep. If you wish a full night's sleep do not use Abbey Hotel. On arrival, our online booking, deposit paid, apparently did not exist. The...
