Had a lovely stay here whilst visiting london for my sons first gig with my mum and sister. Jasmine could not have been more helpful, warm and accomodating. The breakfast was also lush as were the rooms and facilities. Would highly recommend.

Lovely room, clean smart and nicely decorated. Jasmine is very kind and helpful and made me a lovely breakfast, complete with Marmite on toast. Recommended. Just 20 minutes away from central London, but quieter. Lovely park to the rear of the house too.

First of all, everything was great! Jasmin was such a lovely host, had our room ready early when we checked in and offered us a cup of coffee. The room was nice and big and very clean. The underground station is a 10 minute walk and we timed the train into the city-it took us exactly 30 minutes to get...

We stayed 5 nights. Our room was the "Blue Room", overlooking the front entrance on the "1st" floor. Big bathroom, very spacious sleeping room too. Lots of outlets and good WiFi. Wonderful breakfast, with very personable service in the morning. We had arrived early in the day, before our room was made up, but the owner treated us to tea...

I just re-read my review from June 2014 and see that I intended to stay here again the next time we went to London. Well we just did and I'm very glad we did. Everything was spotless, the room was quite comfortable and Jasmine and her staff were very friendly. Breakfast was just as good as I remembered from our...

Stayed here for 3 nights in late March, 2017. The owner Jasmine and her family are wonderful, kind and sweet people, with 10+ years experience in the B&B world. The accommodations were clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast each day was a large buffet style spread, with daily hot eggs, bacon, oatcakes, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and suburban, yet a...

I chose this B and B because of the good reviews and because it is a straight shot from Heathrow Airport on the tube. When you are tired after a long flight, this convenience factor is a big plus. The Baytree is just a short walk from the station. (Note: There are no lifts at the station.) There is a...

Clean and tidy home with only a few rooms for guests. Somewhat steep stairs, but that is the norm here. The family room is set up like a typical hotel room: 3 beds, small TV, and other regular amenities. The bathroom has a big bathtub and small shower, and a toilet. (A problem you may encounter when you're flushing is...

Our family of 4 stayed at Jasmine's lovely B&B for 3 nights in the family room. It was exactly what we expected: clean room on a quiet street in a fine home operated by a kind lady. We found this an easy walk from the Arnos Grove tube station. And an easy walk to restaurants, a grocery store, and a...
