Awful basement room with a small window . One bed had definitely not been changed after previous guests as they were dirty and had hairs inside the bed sheets.Basically I would not recommend to stay .

Bed sheets were dirty and there were holes in them. I'm pretty sure they weren't changed in between occupant because there were a lot of short black hairs on one pillow and I have long blond hair. Little hospitality (it says free breakfast but nobody mentioned where the restaurant was?) and my room had everything in it to make tea...except...

Room was small but comfortable and had the basics. My mum and I had booked a twin room. Beds were comfortable and appeared clean. The worst thing was the bathroom - the washbasin was dirty, it hadn't been cleaned from previous occupant(s) and the toilet was dirty around the toilet seat, splash back/tiles around the washbasin were also dirty. No...

We stayed at the Albion House on the weekend of 10th March. It took a while to check-in, but not too bad. We knew it wasn't expensive so we weren't expecting much... When we got to the room, we were shocked at how small it was. The pictures must be of their best rooms - ours was no more than...

Upon arrival we were informed that our room had been rent out to another guest, since we arrived after 12 pm. This despite that we had informed the hotel about out late arrival and the fact that they have 24 hours reception. The reason was, they told us, that they hadn't been able to charge our card before arrival. Though...

Upon arrival, I was a little leery. The lobby was very small and the staff not that friendly. However, the room (small) was perfectly fine and a window out the front added to the ambience. It's located in a residential area and there was a small neighborhood park on the corner. We stayed there because it was close to St....

Location is ok. Room has to be the smallest ever, only one person can get dressed at at time. Far too hot and airless, no provision for escape from fire. Ceiling in bathroom, if you could call it that, was only 6' feet high, not a room for large persons. I agree with the previous reviewer, very clever photography in...

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
