We stayed in a Deluxe room, which was on the 4th floor and very comfortable. I happen to love the décor by Kit Kemp but the entire experience was lovely. The bathroom is quite spacious with double pedestal sinks, a shower and deep tub. The bed was comfortable and the lighting ample.

Wonderful small hotel. Highly recommend. Location is excellent far enough removed from the high traffic tourist districts but close enough to provide for easy access to most sites. Set in a very nice neighborhood with many small cafes and restaurants.

I expected Luxury given the price tag of this boutique hotel and it definitely lived up to my expectations. We spent 5 nights here and the staff were incredibly helpful and room was beautifully appointed and generous in size. Close to tube and walking distance to Oxford Street the location was perfect for our first trip to London.

We went there for an classic British afternoon tea. We enjoyed it! The food (sandwiches, scones, jam, etc.) and tea were great. Really glad we could try that British classic! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice.

Had pre dinner drinks in the bar at Charlotte Street hotel on Tuesday eve. The bar was buzzing but wasn't too hard to find a table. I totally recommend the passionfruit porn start martini - not on the menu anymore but lovely. It's a shame the service is slow and a bit sniffy as the location is fab for a...

I was so pleased that my daughter chose this quite unique setting for my special birthday celebration. The hotel ambiance and decor is just fantastic ! Quite quirkily English with lovely contemporary twists. Really attentive service, but not entrosive. Lovely balance of sweet and...

Stayed one night and upon arrival they upgraded us to a better room which was great. The room was lovely, beautiful decor and a good view of Charlotte St. The staff on reception were all very helpful and smiley too. We had breakfast the next morning in Oscars but unfortunately the wait was far too long. We'd waited 30 minutes...

We arrived here after a busy bar called Bubble Dogs. You can check separate review fur that place. Since I last visited the place has been changed somewhat to a more of a " bar " format. We were expecting to have s quiet drink & desserts but were forced to enter the busy bar area which was full of...

My husband amd I had the recent privilege of staying at the Charlotte Street Hotel 2 weekends in a row, due to business out in the countryside during the week between. A colleague of my sister recommended we choose a Firmdale Hotel. We chose the Charlotte due to its close proximity to attractions in Westminster and the theatre district. I...

We stayed at the Charlotte Street Hotel and it is undoubtedly one of the very best we have visited. The quality, ambiance and overall feel of the hotel was first class and the staff were professional, friendly and made us feel so welcome. I dropped my car off outside the door and the next time I saw it was when...
