I booked a cabin room because it was cheap. It was the best cheap room I could find for the date and it came with breakfast. The location was so good and I was only staying one night so I didn't read reviews. I'm glad I didn't as I might have missed out. The reception was friendly and I was...

As the title suggests this hotel serves the simple purpose of somewhere to sleep after a day's work/travel in London. After being surprised at the low price advertised on booking.com for a 4 star hotel (definitely not 4 stars) I booked a single room for 2 nights. To say it was a single room was an understatement, I am just...

Horrible experience - this is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. Very worn - and overall just highly overpriced. Dirty and smelly rooms - needs serious cleaning. Bedsheets had stains and towels were not clean... DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

The biggest disappointment ever - what a dump couldn't stay and managed to get out money back. Phew!!!!!! Avoid at all costs. Room was tiny double bed was even smaller and room was full of cobwebs. Opened the visitors book and guess what it said. Yip. "What a dump"

I left after an hour throwing £260 down the drain, but I could not stay here. I quickly found another place on booking.com (twenty Nevern Square) and was relieved to find a clean beautiful properly rated four star hotel. The Cavedinsh was dirty and depressing. From the carpets to the cushions on the bed. The staff were not prepared to...

Booked this hotel for a business trip, guest arrived after a long day / train journey to be allocated a "harry potter under the stairs" sized room with no carpe right next to the kitchen. Granted the description says "small cabin sized room" but this is definitely not worthy of 4 star rating - they are making £85/£100 a night...

The manager has after 2 months still not refunded 2 nights (I checked out because of very bad room). After 4 different promises and as many excuses from the manager I consider this money as lost. Totally bogus, stay away. Sluggish receptionistst. My room (cabin) was extremely small and claustrophobic, really bad choice in summer lacking A/C! Free floor area...

We stayed at the Hotel Cavendish on Monday night this week. We found it very easily and it's only a 5 minute walk from Goodge Street station, in a very nice area. We got checked in and out room was ready around 10 minutes later. We booked a triple room for ourselves and our 6 year old son. In the...

I booked 2 rooms here in July, for 3 nights. A double for me and my wife, and a single for my nephew. I was asked to pay the full amount (£630) when we arrived. I booked through Booking.com, as I always have done in recent years. We went to our rooms (carrying the cases up the stairs as there...
