Anything is good at this "hotel", apart from the fact that there is unreachable free wi-fi and the bathroom is probably the smallest in the world's. The worst thig was - at this hotel were copied my credit cards and subsequently were stolen 6,000 euro from my accounts. I warn all who would like to stay in this hotel.

We went to London in Sept 2013 with my kids, just for a day. My husband had been in this hotel before, so we decided to go back based on his good experience. The hotel is really good, and the location is great, just a block from the subway, 2 or 3 stations to Piccadily Circus .... The personnel very...

It was functional - ie a room with breakfast. But that was it. The room was small and tired, the bathroom was small, all worked, but tired - basically the whole place was tired and could do with bucket loads of TLC. On the redeeming side all the staff we engaged with were friendly. Personally a Travelodge would have been...

Didn't know that you can get such an ugly room for such a price. Everything very old and smelly, not very cosy toilet/shower box, smells a bit of urine, traffic noise. Had booked for white House Hotel, had to check in at Seymour Hotel next door and was then given a room in the Berkeley Court Hotel in the same...

This is a very clean hotel, there is a bar, a Spanish restaurant for dinner with exquisite food, a lounge, an elegant coffee shop with a wonderful lunch buffet a spa and an office center. The rooms are nicely furnished and the small bathrooms are well equipped. Best feature is the location near Regents Park and all major shopping like...

This was not a hotel. It was a low level hostel room. No reception in the hotel. It was in the Seymour hotel as were the breakfast (Btw, that was a joke!).They took the payment beforehand, which I understood afterwards. The hotel was so awful that most of the customers would have left the "hotel" after the first night. At...

Convenient locations for touring around and walking distance to major attractions, pubs, etc. Easy to get taxi drivers and English speaking! That meant so much to all of us and made getting around the city must more fun and enjoyable!.

Stayed for 4 nights, was obliged to pay upfront on arrival.. Would like to echo the most negative of reviews to date - I didn't realise establishments like this still existed.Overwhelming stench of smoke in 3 bed room.Evidence of damp throughout.Narrow and steep staircase especially to third floor.Paper thin walls.

We booked into White House Hotel but when we checked in we were in a different building. Also a bit unsettling as no staff in that building! Our room was up about three flights of very small thin stairs, was not nice! Rooms were an okay size but bathroom was tiny!!! Shower was very small and uncomfortable to use. The...

Last minute overnight for extended stay in London. Having stayed in another hotel local to White House assumed it would be of similar standard. How wrong! White House is very dated and needs desperate refurbishment. Decoration and furnishings all old fashioned. Shocked at poor excuse for ensuite bathroom. Was clean - strong smell of bleach! Fascinated by 'ladies of the...
