Stayed spending two nights and days seeing the city sights and with a couple of nice evening dinners booked near the hotel. Even if you do not want to walk far, this hotel has a perfect location, very close to the Thames, very close to the open top tour buses, other places to eat, the ferry boat service, tower bridge and even a M&S local right near the hotel for any last minute provisions. Rooms are lovely, even though not much of a view to speak of, nice bar for evening drinks, small area outside on ground level to sit outside too. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The only disappointment was breakfast. Foods items were a bit shattered around, juices were completely in a different place to everything else, some items caused a bit of a bottle neck of people and many items were uncovered, such as bread and pastries. Plates were not hot either for the cooked breakfast items and on both mornings no bowls were available without asking for some. A bit of attention here would make this hotel a real all round first class stay.…
We have stayed here several times the location is brilliant, the staff are very helpful, accommodating and supportive of your needs. They constantly check you have everything you need but are not intrusive. The terrace was closed this time due to covid but is lovely for evening drinks looking over the skyline. Breakfast was good too. We are diamond member so access to drinks/ snacks which works so well in London. Rooms are clean and very comfortable with everything you need. The hotel is close to tower bridge, the shard, Borough Market, the Thames, Millennium bridge, the Globe theatre, Bank/ St Pauls all in walking distance. Great restaurants and pubs. Thank you so much Hilton Tower Bridge a brilliant stay again. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in London is perfect! Thank you to all the staff you did a fabulous job for our daughters birthday! See you again soon.…
This hotel is located right next to the London Bridge train/bus station making it ideal for traveling in and out of the city. Although I was not greeted as a Diamond member, I was upgraded on the room. I'm not sure any of the rooms have a ideal view of anything so I didn't mind the office building across my window. The room was well appointed and quite comfortable. We asked for robes and a mattress topper and was provided with them right away. The afternoon staff was not as knowledgeable and friendly as the morning staff. But, considering that Trudy in the executive lounge was absolutely lovely, we weren't too bothered by the staff. The breakfast has so much food and with many different options. This Hilton was definitely a good pick and worth the 1 week stay.
I have visited Hilton Tower Bridge twice and this is my fav destination to enjoy and relax with my family. The hotel rooms are perfectly clean, the staffs are friendly and amazing hospitality. Gabriella from our first visit and Dora from our recent visit is just amazing and the best. The view from the Lounge is the best place to be.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
After being let down by another local hotel, we booked the Hilton at short notice as a short honeymoon break. I thought I'd be disappointed because of the location compared to the other hotel but instead was pleasantly surprised. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to visit the Shard and Tower of London during our three day stay. The room was spacious and very clean and although we didn't stay for dinner, breakfast had plenty of choice of food and drinks. Every single member of staff we spoke to on Reception and in the Restaurant were pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Even received a text during our stay checking we were fine and having no problems with our stay. Excellent service.
The hotel s fine but it isn’t what it once was. Rooms are slightly worn,. The bed is fine and bathroom serviceable. Breakfast buffet is carb heavy and generally crowded. The executive lounge is a shadow of its former self. No breakfast served there, no afternoon service really, mainly a place where people work. Service at front desk sells the place well. The hotel is near London Bridge underground which makes for easy travel. Used to be my go-to London hotel when I didn’t want to dig deeper. But will look elsewhere now.
It was a great stay! Perfect location, clean rooms, friendly staff, good food at the restaurant. Only (minor) minor thing was that not all cocktails were available during the two days we stayed at your hotel. Diner and breakfast was perfect, high quality.. fresh pastry in the morning.
Beautiful hotel staff very friendly, special thanks and recognition to Gabriella Robalino front desk and Vinetta front desk not sure if I spelled her name right but I know she told me she is from Mexico. Hopefully she will also be recognized, these two ladies made our stay memorable to remember. Will definitely be back soon. both of them need to be recognized by management for there exceptional customer service.
The place is beautiful with the view of the shard. Me and my partner had amazing stay at the Hilton tower bridge. The staffs from housekeeping and reception are very friendly and the food at the lounge was delicious. We got the best sunset of the year. Although it was quite chilly We spent an amazing time at the lounge and the balcony. I would like to mention the staff at the lounge, shrudi who was really helpful and charming. She went out of the way to get some pastries for my wife as it was after the closing of the dinner time, thanks! Hiltons hospitality is top notch, there’s is a reason behind thousands of traveler’s choose Hilton. Thank you hilton tower bridge for Your service. 100% recommended.
Lovely, high quality location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not cheap but decent value. We visited on the weekend and everywhere was very busy. Not relevant but apparently I need to get to 200 characters
