My fiancé booked this hotel as a surprise for my birthday. The hotel was lovely. We arrived at 9.30am in the hope to get a parking space, which we did. (There’s only 4 spaces on the drive so I’d get here early if you want one). We knew we couldn’t check in yet but asked what time check in was open. The receptionist was a little rude/sarcastic about this but told us 3pm. When we returned from being in London for the day, we were welcomed by a lovely receptionist who told us everything about our stay and got us checked in. Our room was lovely, there was a few stains on the carpets but nothing major. It smelt beautiful and was cleaned to perfection everyday. The room isn’t as big as some hotels but was just enough for what we needed. The only downside was that our room was on the main road and it was very very noisy. (If you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend it). You aren’t able to have breakfast at the hotel but we were recommend a cafe round the corner called 11 coffee and co. We only went there once as it was expensive but it was a beautiful breakfast. They did have amazing homemade cakes which we fetched on our last day to take home- amazing! The hotel is round the corner from North Ealing station on the Piccadilly line straight into London. Simple and easy, no need to keep changing lines. It took about 35mins on a busy day. Overall a lovely stay. We have even booked to come back again next year but have requested a room not on the front.

We booked this hotel for May and I booked it for myself my partner and our daughter - 3 people ! I stated this when booking and that we needed a bed for my daughter- I booked this 8 months in advanced - I checked with the hotel they had the reservation and they said yes but they could not confirm if they would have a bed for my daughter until the day of arrival!! ? And if the room would even be big enough for a spare bed!! After at least 10 messages going back and forth - stating I had booked for three beds .. and when they eventually picked up the phone today .. they said again they cannot confirm the room , the bed and if on the day they can sort it I will be charged an extra £50!! They then decided to hang up mid conversation! So we have no cancelled .. Total waste of my time and a booking made in October 2022!! Appalling service

I stayed at this hotel recently while on business in London. On the whole I found the hotel to be excellent. It has a very chic feel about it and is tastefully furnished. The lady that checked me in was most helpful and pleasant. My room was perfectly big enough for one and again was very nicely furnished and had a fridge and coffee pod machine. Parking is limited to 5 cars and I wasn't able to park my car at the hotel but North Ealing train station is just round the corner and isn't expensive. My only criticism is that while the hotel has a lovely restaurant/bar, it wasn't open. I would have quite liked a beer after a long drive. I would highly recommend Hotel 55.

The hotel is fantastically located, parking is limited to about 4 cars so we ditched ours to travel British rail, luckily no strikes and the hotel is literally around the corner from the North Ealing train station. Booked two rooms a twin and a double, both wit shower and toilet. Ours had quite a lot of road noise but it didn’t bother us. Waitrose located at a local garage and we had breakfast at a local cafe 11 Coffee and Co which had a large selection plus great coffee! Only issue which was minor was that the water in the coffee machine at the hotel had fungus growing on the surface that kinda put us off. But overall for a London hotel and it’s location plus the really helpful staff I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family

Room Tip: 11 coffee and co for breakfast, don’t bother driving as great links to local rail.

The hotel is 35mins from the centre of London, the room is so tiny it only just fits the bed into it with a foot either side and 8inch at the bottom of the bed. We had to put the cases in front of the door due to absolutely no space. The shower room only fit one person at a time and very very hot shower which you could not turn down. On a positive side the bed was firm and comfortable. it is certainly not worth 95pounds per night without breakfast. Only use has a last resort and for 1 night. We did ask if all the rooms were the same size and reply was yes for what you paid.

I had an issue with a booking that I needed to amend and the staff were extremely helpful and obliging. Extremely impressed with the quality of service. The hotel is very well located for travel into central London, using both the Piccadily Line and Central Line. Piccadily also makes it easy to get to Heathrow airport.

Just returned from a two night stay would recommend this hotel and will be returning ourselves. Great customer service nothing was to touch trouble great location beautiful gardens and also parking to which is rare and no extra cost. Room was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Large TV provisions well stocked and added extras ie ironing board iron fridge air con and safe. The food smelt amazing from the restaurant but unfortunately didn't get time to try it but will on our return visit Thanks to you all Michelle and Chris (from Lancashire)

We stayed at the end of July because the reviews of this hotel were good. Unfortunately that was not our experience. The check in process was tortuous, took around half an hour. Our room was spacious enough but as my photos show, in poor decorative condition. The mattress and pillows were lumpy. The air conditioning worked fine thankfully as a warm night. Every time we went to the loo, the flush unit came away from the wall. There was damp and mould in the shower. When we complained to the management about the shoddy housekeeping, they asked us "Did you make the floor dirty?" "Did you break the lampshade?" - unbelievable! In other words they did not apologise, merely tried to put the blame on us!! The entrance to the hotel looks good. So it was an unpleasant shock to find the rooms did not match the modernity of the lounge areas. There is an Indian restaurant, not Japanese as pictured on their website.
