Location is ok,when checking in we didn't get the warmest of welcomes from the gentleman on reception but the lady on check out was very pleasant, the photos on the website make this hotel look 100% better than it actually is.we had a flashing ceiling light in the bathroom which we informed reception of whilst on our way out, we were...

The hotel is just ok. We stayed in a family room. The double bed was just 2 singles put togheter but prety comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was poor, dirty curtaines, and the bathroom really small and mouldy. Friendly staff at reception and breakfast.

Located right on a traffic island therefore might expect road noise but actually with double glazing it was fine. The bedroom itself has a long size very comfortable bed: some attention to the quality of the sheets is my only criticism. Adequate ensure shower room. Continental breakfast was very good with lots of choice including hot boiled eggs and baked...

Customer service was appalling. The "double room" was two single beds pushed together. To make it worse the 2 singles were different heights and different mattresses. We were also given a room on the same floor as a large school trip. The kids were slamming doors and generally loud until 4am. When I complained to the staff they did nothing...

Appalled at the customer service my boyfriend and I received whilst staying here 2 nights for our anniversary. The hotel itself has potential with a good location but let down by cheap management and unhelpful staff. Wrong room advertised - described as double bed. It was in fact two singles pushed together topped off with beds being at different heights....

We stayed here as a last minute decision to spend a day in London during our driving around the UK trip. It was a clean and comfortable hotel, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was nice. We could leave our car parked here and catch the tube into London very easily. If you are after a convenient location and...

The hotel has a lovely smell as you enter; a very generic hotel smell, of cleanliness. The actual hotel is in fact very clean, and the receptionist is welcoming. The room, however has a few shortcomings. Providing coffee making facilities is nice, but not providing a spoon is a silly thing to forget to do. Also, a lack of hairdryer...

Stayed here for two nights. Double bed was two singles pushed together. Double glazing does not stop the constant traffic noise. First night woken by bin men at around 5.30am. Second night awake all night by the constant sound of running water from a toilet above. At 4am when I couldn't stand the water torture no longer I got the receptionist...

The hotel is in a decent enough location for the tube but that's about all it's good for. Don't bother trying to sort out anything that is wrong with your room as the receptionist who says he is in charge is the most arrogant person on the planet and will not admit that the hotel has anything wrong with it....
