Stayed with a colleague to attend a conference, small, free car park at the rear and a short walk to the tube. Located on a very busy roundabout so the front rooms are noisy especially with the windows open. Lovely building and well kept and clean on arrival. Room was functional and clean and very good value for money. Bathroom...

Recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed. Booked a family room. Checked into the room and it had a stale musty smell. Room desperately needed updating. No safe in the room so couldn't look valuables away. Bathroom tiny and hardly any room. Cracked tiles and was grubby. No window or ventilation so it got very hot after taking...

We stayed in a family room on the top floor. Room was disappointing the sink in the shower room was loose, shower curtain was mouldy, hairdryer only blew out cold air, beds were hard and so uncomfortable that I ended up with backache! Also lighting up to the third floor wasn't working, only dim emergency exit light was lite. I...

Slot of money and effort has been applied to the communal areas of this small hotel, however our family room was in desperate need of a makeover. Mismatch beds without valance sheets, stained carpets, a closet for an ensuite that included a very poor shower. The beds were very uncomfortable and you could hear popping springs as you moved! Basically...

The hotel is just ok. We stayed in a family room. The double bed was just 2 singles put togheter but prety comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was poor, dirty curtaines, and the bathroom really small and mouldy. Friendly staff at reception and breakfast.

Located right on a traffic island therefore might expect road noise but actually with double glazing it was fine. The bedroom itself has a long size very comfortable bed: some attention to the quality of the sheets is my only criticism. Adequate ensure shower room. Continental breakfast was very good with lots of choice including hot boiled eggs and baked...

Customer service was appalling. The "double room" was two single beds pushed together. To make it worse the 2 singles were different heights and different mattresses. We were also given a room on the same floor as a large school trip. The kids were slamming doors and generally loud until 4am. When I complained to the staff they did nothing...

Appalled at the customer service my boyfriend and I received whilst staying here 2 nights for our anniversary. The hotel itself has potential with a good location but let down by cheap management and unhelpful staff. Wrong room advertised - described as double bed. It was in fact two singles pushed together topped off with beds being at different heights....
