Great place to stay. Very clean and modern. Staff very friendly and happy to help plan travel and organise taxi's. Can ask for more tea bags etc A little tube noise as its outside the room, but double glazed windows.

There are a couple of things you need to know about Premier Inns. 1. Do not expect royal treatment. 2. Do not expect the rooms to be outstanding. What you will get is value for money, a comfortable bed and a great shower/bath. The prepaid breakfast option is also a must. The location of this hotel is great with easy...

Warm reception on arrival, room number 7 in basement a little dark...Good nights sleep however woken up early as Thyme restaurant where breakfast is served is down the corridor from my room and fellow guests aren't always quiet first thing in the morning

Stayed two nights while on a course with QA. Less than ten minutes walk to the training centre, St Katheryn's Docks and the Tower of London. The room was a fair size and clean. Breakfast had a good selection. I would stay there again.

Stayed here with my partner for 3 nights in May. The hotel has a great location (just 5 minutes from Tower Hill underground station) and plenty to do in Tower Hill itself. The staff at the Hotel are extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable and had a very powerful shower! Breakfast was great and at...

this is a really good, quiet place to stay in the city. the restaurant staff 14.5 17 were excellent (as was the welcome from the receptionist). For once the air conditioning in this hotel works as it should do ( other P. Inns haven't in our experience). 5 stars.

Good location for Tower of London and QA training centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only had breakfast on one morning but that was good. Evening meal was OK but dining room felt a bit like entering the twilight zone as it was a very quiet and dark basement area. Would stay again.

Well located with decent sized rooms and the trademark comfortable bed. I stayed on the top floor overlooking the road and the noise from traffic was not too bad at all. I certainly got a good night's sleep. Breakfast is excellent, fairly cheap and plentiful. Staff very efficient.

Staying in Whitechapel

Neighbourhood Profile
Whitechapel
Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.
