Enjoyed the weekend very much. Travelled around London by bus and on foot, easy access to bus routes, and to the Thames for walking. Did the meal deal...excellent value. Good range of food on the menu. Would be difficult to suggest any more food for the breakfast buffet! Premier bed lived up to the adverts, slept soundly all night. Wi-Fi...

Good hotel, with clean rooms and friendly staff. Good beds and enough choice for breakfast. Typically Premier Inn. Very close to Tower Hill and at walking distance to public transport (DLR, Metro) to get you anywhere in London. As for any hotel in London, the prices are higher than you expect for this type of hotel, but that's life in...

Our 4th visit. Within 5 minutes walk of Tower Hill tube. no more than 6/8 minute walk from tower entrance. Two pubs locally, wetherspoons across from hotel, the minories around corner on way to tube station. this is in good location for sightseeing on foot to st Katherine's docks, HMS Belfast, the Tower. If you like freebies, then Walkie talkie...

The location of the hotel was very good, close to tower hill tube where you can go to any place in London. Like few minutes walking. Room was huge. We were 2 adults and 2 kids of 16 and 11 years old. Each of them had their own bed. Room was cleaned everyday and towels changed. Breakfast was good. There...

I met a group of friends in London for a holiday. We liked the hotel for the access to the tube & its overall location. The rooms were clean & modern. My room, which wasn't on the street was really quiet, the beds were very comfortable & compared with beds I've had in much nicer, more expensive hotels.

We where here for the 5th time. Again the service, the room, the bed, everething was very good. Also the internet check inn, make it very easy. The breakfast was good, very much choice, good quality en very plezant service. Next to two underground stations, a very good pub (the minories) with tv screens for football games. Perfect.

Clean, convenient, good transport links. 5 mins walk to three underground stations - Towerhill, Aldgate & Aldgate East, and DLR. There is a pub nearby and a Tesco Express supermarket all within a very short walk.

Staying in Whitechapel

Neighbourhood Profile
Whitechapel
Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.
