Stayed for 5 nights last week on business. Can honestly say I have not come across a better hotel! Restaurant staff were amazing particularly Egle and JC. The rooms are large with great power showers! I stayed out the back and didn't hear trains at all. The staff here can't do enough for you and make you feel welcome. Thank...

Tower Hill hotel shows nicely how Premier Inn have captured just what their customers need. Some of the friendliest, most helpful staff I have come across, very clean, comfortable, well laid out room, & and an excellent breakfast offering. Shortish walk from the tube & DLR, not a lot going on in the very immediate area, but a great base...

My wife and I took advantage of some very cheap rail fares to travel to London from Yorkshire. We elected to stay at the Tower Hill Premier Inn as the costs were reasonable for an overnight stay in London. The hotel is very conveniently situated a five minute walk from Tower Hill tube station and the area is well served...

Arrived before check in expecting to leave our cases and return later however they found us a room and allowed us to check in early. Very spacious room with comfy beds. All staff friendly and helpful even when I managed to deactivate my key card. No hassle at check out when we asked to store our cases until later. Well...

Friendly welcome on reception. Large, quiet room (even though it faced the railway, i heard nothing), well maintained and very clean. Lovely shower, and the usual comfortable bed. I've stayed here before.... I just can't fault the hotel.

Premier inn service just gets better. Staff here were really friendly both at Reception and at breakfast. Couldn't be better! Room was big and very quiet with hotel only a 5 min walk from Tower Bridge. Area seemed very safe at night and only 10 min walk from Brick Lane for all the excitement if negotiating a deal on your...

We spent a night at this hotel last Friday and from the moment we got there, the staff looked after us very well. The room was very neat and clean, bed comfortable and despite the room being next to a railway line it was very quiet and peaceful. A very friendly bar and Manuel as Maitr D was very good...

Stayed there second week of February 2014. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Easy walk to my destinations in the City and to public transport. Plenty of places to eat in the area and a Catholic church right next door. I will definitely stay there on future London trips.

Thank Tom G

Staying in Whitechapel

Neighbourhood Profile
Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.
