Staff very helpful, breakfast very good hotel very clean, bed very comfortable, ideal location for what we wanted to do, if we wanted to have a meal there we could have, even though the location was on a busy street we did not hear the traffic

hotel was ok for one night, but I have stayed in better for less money. The room had been refreshed but still felt old.The staff were to busy with general customers at the bar, so as a guest I felt I was a burden.

I'm so sorry to hear that you were not overly impressed by our quirky rooms and I would like to assure you that our hotel guests are never a burden for our staff. Although it can become quite busy at times in the bar we do greatly value our hotel customers and want them to always feel welcome. Andie Allan

cracking place - superb location for shows @ Olympia and lovely rooms. Hot in the summer as there is no AC in the rooms and sometimes a smidge noisy, but if you have one of each of their excellent real ales, you tend not to hear anything anyway ;-) If you are staying over whilst at a trade show @...

We staying and working in the vicinity so went here as more of a convenience thing. We ordered food at the bar and at the time it was relatively quiet and with no one ordering food. Yet it took quite some time for it to come. My husband chose chicken burger and I chose blackened salmon. When it arrived we...

Great value for money would definitely stay there again. The hotel is in a very good neighbourhood close to Kensington High Street. We found the staff to be very friendly and the room was clean and tidy and we had a very comfortable sleep in the bed

Great value stay, supper convenient for Olympia and fantastic breakfast with freshly made juice. Would definitely use again. If you want to eat in bar in the evening book a table there was over a 30 min wait when I arrived.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Nice room, friendly staff and great breakfast. I was particularly impressed with the pod coffee maker in the room, so much better than those terrible sachets. I had a long day before arriving and the welcome I received was genuine and warm. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

We asked for a quiet room and got one! And it was large and comfortable! The breakfast was superb and the staff very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of stairs to climb to the top floor (only negative point), but good fire escapes!

Nice pub, Ales were spot on good with a good selection, breakfast and room nice. Its on a very busy main road, so if you get rooms out front, quite a bit of traffic noise. Woken up early with the sound of buses going over a man hole cover.

Thank you for the feedback, I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the ales in the bar. Sadly as we are in the city on a main road we do here the sounds of traffic. I hope this was not too inconvenient for you. Andie Allan

I was helped with my luggage by a lovely woman, and the room was modern and welcoming. The chair was particularly comfortable, and the fresh, red roses in the vase reminded me of a picture at home. The coffee machine was a novel addition, and made me feel quite posh. The only reason why I didn't have any meals there,...
