We were really pleased with 291 suites. Accommodation was basic and in need of some freshening up of the decor but it was clean, and we really enjoyed staying in West Hampstead, which is served well for transport by the three choices of West Hampstead Thameslink, Overground and Underground. We picked up keys from a reception just a minute up...

Stayed here on a Wednesday night after meetings in Kings Cross area. Refused to pay £180 for a room in the city centre. As it happened it cost me £12 in a uber pool to get here in 20 minutes so was very happy with that. There is also the underground and overground station 5 minute walk away. I had...

The setup is a little different as compared to normal hotels. The property door is next to pub. No lobby, the front desk is just little ahead on opposite side of the road. Having said that, the room was neat and clean with proper bed a sofa chair. We took the second floor room on the opposite side so there...

These suites have quite a lot going for them. They're in West Hampstead with several cafes, restaurants and mini-supermarkets nearby; the underground, overground and main line stations are less than ten minutes walk away; they have the basic cooking/fridge facilities one needs; and they're clean. The downsides were two: our room (number 101) was too hot; and when we opened...

I've stayed in a few of the rooms in this building (plus some of the other buildings close by - they run 198 and 274 Suites as well). All rooms are spotlessly clean with good bathrooms and a small "kitchen in a cupboard" - pots, pans, crockery, cutlery with a 2 ring hob and a microwave. No oven, but a...

Rented an apartment here before but had taken Room 204 this week. The room was noisy as it is right next to the pub and beer garden, and the extraction unit from the pub also makes a loud noise through the night. However, on Wednesday 28th Sept, the worst was yet to come. A guy moved into Room 203 and...

Easy to find and 5-7 min walk to tube. Only issue is the reception office is harder to find should have directions to reception on apartment door. Or email clearer directions not everybody has a mobile phone with roaming. And who wants to pay international roaming charges? I don't! Suite was clean and Towels and toiletries were provided.

Do not stop in this room. It seems to be next to the extraction fan for the pub next door which is on constantly all night. Already been in cafe Nero across the road since 7am as unable to get any sleep. Make sure you check which room you are in before you book. TV also has no signal on...

Fantastic location - 5 minute walk to Thameslink (overground) or 7 minutes to the Jubilee line (metro), 2 minute walk to Sainsbury or tesco for groceries, loads of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops on West End Lane. Apartment itself was a bit run down and many things seemed broken - one of the windows did not lock, the shower head...

Booked for 3 nights and very pleased with location and room. It's quiet and public transport - bus outside the front of the apartments, train underground and above ground at end of street. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops around you. It's a lovely quiet safe area and the access to the City and other places is fantastic we will...

“We took a high-end room on the highest floor (3rd or 4ht can't remember). A bit of exercice to get the luggages up since no elevator. Once there nice quiet room with lots of sun coming in (a nice to have when you know the little sun available in London).”
