This is a budget hotel. It is very convenient to West Hampstead tube and Thameslink; near to many restaurants and cafes in a nice area. The staff are extremely friendly and polite. Much nicer than in many 5 star hotels. Breakfast was quite cosy but a really good cooked breakfast and lovely service . Rooms are what you may expect...

Have mixed impressions about this establishment. I did not realise when booking that that there were separate buildings and all rooms were not en suite, still that was my fault for not doing enough research. In fairness we rang in advance to check that our room was ensuite, it wasn't but the receptionist Anna changed our room without charge. On...

The guest house is a collection of terraced houses. Small, top floor room with no air conditioning nor bathroom. But perfectly comfortable with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and desk and chair. Toilet and bathroom shared between 3 rooms. 6 electrical sockets, tea and coffee and free wifi. Breakfast included too and available early enough on a Sunday too...

Stayed overnight with my daughter, lovely town house over the road from reception, odd to have to walk over for breakfast but not a problem. Just off the main road so access to great food and bars but a really quiet location.

My room, on the ground floor of a terraced house immediately across the street, was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a good shower room. Breakfast was fairly simple, with a 'full English'. The street is quiet, but around the corner is the main part of West Hampstead, with lots of shops and cafes.

Not all rooms are based on site - we were in a building a street away on the top floor of lovely house. Room was large and comfortable. A little bit dust around the tv/mirror area but bathroom exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great - staff exceptionally attentive. Quick and tasty food. Reception staff exceptionally helpful too. Be prepared to walk...
