We stayed in a family room for a week with our two children. The room, with bathroom, was bigger than we were expecting, clean, well appointed and comfortably warm. The breakfasts were excellent every morning and there are plenty of reasonably priced, family friendly restaurants...More

I have stayed here a few times now. All the staff are very friendly and lovely breakfast. The rooms are basic, but the prices are very very good for London. I would recommend paying the little extra to have a private bathroom.

I either telephone, or send an email. Emails are answered within a very short time. It's a convenient way if you're not in the UK.
Are room equipped with an iron, or is one available?
