Well after reading some reviews was slightly concerned but found the staff helpful and answered all questions we asked answered well. Explained bus links and tube links well to us. Bar well stocked. And reasonable price for London. Hotel is clean and okay. We had a room on second floor. Beds fine and bathroom fine. Room was clean and tidy....

On arrival I was very pleased with the booking that was made for me. It all went down hill. The staff were surly and inexperienced speaking very limited English. My room key didn't work which was a result because on getting in the room I found a dirty shoebox of a room with a mattress well past it's use by...

This hotel is great option for travellers who want to stay at hotel just for sleeping. Room floors were quite cold, breakfast was average but little too expensive. Bathrooms were old and showers worked poorly, but there was always hot water. Service was great and receptionists were friendly. Location of the hotel was great transition-vise. Overall experiense was good, but...

We stayed here for 2 nights and I enjoyed the hotel. Although a bit far from main attractions there is an easy bus route that you can use. The room was nice and cosy and the staff helpful. Breakfast was also good. I was impressed they had European sockets for tourist. You can't see that very often. Definitely worth the...

Having read some of the reviews on here I was a little worried. However I found the hotel to be clean, warm and friendly. The guys on the reception were very helpful, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The shower wasn't amazing, but perfectly adequate. 'you get what you pay for'. We travelled in and out of...

I stay here on a very regular basis - and often for months at a time. The reception desk is open 24 hours a day- the staff are always extremely helpful and pleasant- The bar is open basically 24 hours a day and is very well stocked. I often sit there to watch TV even though there is a TV...

Look, I've stayed in some real budget hotels before but this one takes the prize. Yes, it's cheap so I wasn't expecting fine dining and four poster beds but it was just dreadful. So dreadful in fact I don't want to waste anymore time reviewing all the problems so I'm just going to list them... - No Food. At all....

It is NOT on, beside or even near Tower Bridge. It's a good 40min walk and is located in a dodgy part of London. Room was so tiny, I would have thought this size room would be for solo travellers myself. Tiny bed with little room on each side to manoeuvre around. They might as well not have a shower...

A group of us decided to go to London to celebrate a friends birthday. We chose to rent the apartment for a night because there was 7 of us. It isn't in a nice part of London but we thought they'd be safety in numbers. We had 2 toilets in the room but only 1 shower that had hardly any...
