Hotel is well placed for shops, restaurants, bars etc as well as train station. Waitrose is nearby. Hotel car park is free. Hotel was quiet despite being on a main road. One of the best Travelodges I’ve stayed in.

Clean, welcoming Great Hotel 2 mins from the train station. Area safe and Hotel has its own car park. Lots of shops around the hotel and very easy to get to. We came from Somerset and was very easy to find. Rooms spotlessly clean lots of towels and was very quite in the room considering hiw close tge the station we were.

I wanted to get away to relax after a very busy period so it was perfect for me. Elena even got me checked in a bit early and offered me the chance to have some tea whilst I waited for my room. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast. Everything was clean and staff were on hand to help even supplying me with a hair dryer when I asked on the off chance. It’s only 25 minutes into London if that’s what you want. Would recommend highly.

Great location near Raynes Park Station, and a five minute walk from the great music venue The Cavern pub. Not the biggest room but comfortable. Your usual offers of tea/coffee, usb sockets by bed. Only one staff member running reception, bar, taking food orders and waiting tables, but she done well. Breakfast had a good selection but was not monitored enough. Mentioned that eggs had run out, but never topped up. coffee machine needed it bin emptying, again not done. I use the last hash browns, you guessed it! We came down to Breakfast at around 9am, Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10am. Other guests came down for breakfast as we were leaving and still no attempt to fill empty items. The staff shortage cannot be blamed this time of day, as separate receptionist was on duty. Maybe this is why many Travelodge hotels do not offer buffet breakfast. Maybe they need to visit their competition to see how it's done.

Ok, so it looks ordinary from the outside but inside it is a little gem. Nice and clean wth a little bar/ kitchen. The train station is a short walk and about 25 min to Waterloo station, 5 stops. If you are a member of anytime fitness, there is a gym opposite the train station. If definitely go back for a relatively cheap comfortable stay.
