No Rating low enough. Smelled, dodgy patterned sheets, windows painted white and painted shut, bar one which could be opened about 10cms. Dirty, vile, would not recommend. Luckily we only booked 1 night. Sheets and pillows stank, towels were grubby, bathroom towel rail/heater which didn't switch off.

At first i was a bit disorientated by the staffless and keyless hotel but once used to it, i could see the reason behind it and was very impressed. There is always someone around to answer any queries or replenish toiletries. My final two nights for £80 in total were in a room with dbl and single beds, along with...

Booked 2 rooms last minute for a family wedding. Spent an hour trying to get into hotel on Earlham Road, then found out had been assigned rooms at The Lodge "Hotel" (more like prison site). Had booked 2 twin rooms, found on seperate floors, 1 had knackered bunkbeds. Pillows under cases filthy, windows painted out. More like a drug den....

I would like to point out the fact that besides the poor quality of this hotel (which I personally don't know a lot as I never stayed there# they are THIEVES. I booked a double room at this hotel based on the pictures uploaded by them on a touristic site. For the price, they offered me a dungeon with no...

There was NO ventilation/air con/fan and the window was restricted, so wouldn't upen more than a few centimetres. Consequently during the hot weather we were so hot we spent the night sweating and my wife had to sleep on the follr by the window just to try to cool down. Having the window open menat we got all the noise...

I DON'T USUALLY READ/WRITE REVIEWS BUT LISTEN TO THIS PLEASE. I am not usually fussy but once I walked into the hotel I was appalled by the standard. The hotel runs a no refund policy and there was no reception desk to file any grievences. We decided to just cut our loses and move to another hotel. There were prostitutes...

The accomodation was cheap so I wasn't expecting the Ritz but this was more a squat! The room had stains and mould on the walls and the windows were covered up so we had no daylight. There was one toilet for 18 rooms to share!! On the night we stayed there, a drunken guest passed out in the toilet with...

Wrong codes for entry to building and room. Room stank and as windows are nailed shut there was no hope of any ventilation. Thin mattress and pillows. Stains on carpets. Overall condition was horrible. Could not stand the thought of staying, so left and found a good room at near by Best Western. We probably not get a refund of...

The MJB group owns several similar properties in this area of Norwich and the Bristol is one of them. My daughter and I arrived to find an older and un-staffed house with unkempt garden, debris-strewn pathways and windows with the glass painted white. Access to the main door and the room was by keypad, but their booking system had failed...

Had the unfortunate pleasure of staying here, first impressions all the windows painted out (throughout the building) so rooms were dark and lacked the pleasant days light. The external resembled something of a half way house the room was full of furniture it was a struggle to get around the double and single bed (in 1 room) I had a...
