Comfortable beds, kettle with mugs and cookies, coffee, tea and decaf in the room, as well as hair dryer. Good Wi-Fi connection once you've registered with Cloud at UEA. Shower and toilet very basic indeed but ok. Lift takes you up to the third floor where the rooms are situated and it is very convenient when you have luggage to...

I recently stayed over night since a group of us were attending a gig at the nearby LCR. Rooms were great: spacious, clean, comfy beds, nice shower. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and bottled water were all provided. The location is ideal for visiting any function at the UEA and really convenient for anyone attending gigs. The price was really reasonable...

Check in was very smooth, stayed as Taking Back Sunday were playing the LCR and its literally a 2 minute walk, if even, from the venue. Rooms were very clean and spacious and there was kettles/ironing facilities/hairdryers/towels etc provided. Free water in fridge and biscuits/hot chocolate powder too! Shower could be better but apart from that I can't fault it....

Love staying here to visit Norwich as you can park for free and the get the regular buses for a few pounds into the centre. The rooms have been modernised and have a lovely bright and light feel. There are no frills, but you do get a comfy bed, towels, toiletries, tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge with...

Thank you for posting your feedback following your stay. Broadview Lodge is excellent for visiting Norwich and as we are situated on campus we are also ideally suited for guests who are visiting UEA students, attending lectures and gigs or are conference delegates. The convenience of being on campus does mean that sometimes student life is seen (and heard) -...

Thank you for your valuable feedback. I'm so pleased that our refurbishment meets with your approval - we've had such good feedback from many quarters to this effect. Broadview Lodge is ideally situated for visitors attending gigs at the LCR so I do hope that we'll see you again in February and March.

The room was very clean as was the linen. The situation was fine for visiting UEA but little else as Norwich is a 20 minutes drive or a £4.00 bus fare away The room was like student accommodation or NHS on call staff room -basic but OK with a desk and a kettle. The wifi was 6mbs which is OK...

Thank you for your valued response. Unfortunately the convenience of staying on campus can sometimes be outweighed by resident student noise but we do our very best to avoid this with the help of our colleagues in UEA Security. We are hoping to completely upgrade our shower rooms in the near future which will improve guest comfort. Broadview Lodge is...

We rented two rooms. The value was SUPERB. Rooms were fine with a nice desk and good storage (they are derived from dorms rooms I believe). Breakfast was good at a campus location a short walk away. Best to drop off luggage as parking is a 3 minute walk away. It was a very warm day (>75 Fahrenheit) so our...

Thank you for your valuable feedback - I hope that your party enjoyed their stay with us. Unfortunately in very warm weather, our rooms can become very warm so we supply electric fans in all rooms for guests to use. I will discuss the housekeeping issues that you raise with our housekeeping supervisor, negative comments regarding room cleaning are most...

Stayed here for 1 night. First thing that stood out, was the having to constantly walk past the reception in order to get in, thus being stared at as if to say 'who are you, where are you staying' every time you walk in. It isn't meant to feel like this, I know, but it does. Then if you have...

Thank you taking the time to give us your feedback. Broadview Lodge bedrooms were all refurbished in July and so I think you maybe stayed just before they were all completed. They are now all furnished in a very contemporary manner and not at all tired. There is an entrance to the bedrooms which completely bypasses Reception, so it's not...

Stayed here for a week out of university term-time whilst working at an event at Norfolk Showground. I have previously stayed at broadview without issue. This last time i stayed was however an absolute nightmare. Thank you for taking the time to provide your valued feedback.
