We stayed here from boxing day (2016) for 4 nights. We had two adults and two children in one room. Our first impression for good, the room was clean and spacious. The overall quality of the place was excellent. The staff were fantastic, always on hand to help and answer questions The breakfast was excellent and set you up for...

Been before on a business trip on a work day and had very good experience. At the weekend breakfast was a zoo. On Sat night bar staff decided to close the bar at 10:45 even though we were sitting in the bar drinking. No warning was given of early closing.

Hotel was very clean and receptionists were very nice and helpful. Had no iron in room but was able to get one from reception. Was slightly dissapointed no shaving point in the bathroom. But the superb breakfast soon made you forget that. Would book again for 1 night if we had a night out in Norwich.

We're a family of 5 and stayed here last weekend. We find it really hard to book family rooms to actually sleep 5 so booked two rooms 205 & 207 (adjacent although we'd have much preferred adjoining doors?!). For peace and quiet these are good rooms. They also have a view of the river! We have grown to trust premier...

Good location, easy to find, close to bars and restaurants, would stay here again, room is what you expect from Premier Inn, although pricey glasses of wine in the bar. Parking in multi storey very convenient and discounted

First time we have been to this premier inn, good value for money as usual and easy to find via Sat Nav. 5 minutes walk to the city centre and next to discounted multi storey parking . Helpful friendly staff. Wine by the glass in the bar was pricey.

Typical Premier Inn quality: comfy bed, helpful staff, good shower and quiet rooms. If you've ever stayed in one before, it's exactly what you'd expect! It's also in a good location that's easily walkable to Norwich's main attractions, bars and restaurants.

It's been years since i stayed in a Premier Inn and I was really amazed by the standard of the room and the in room facilities. Fantastic location for the city centre but away from he noise of the nightlife. The room was large, with a good sized bathroom and very clean and the bed was really comfortable. This room...
