Comfortable hotel with a very good vibe - all staff I encountered were extremely cheerful and friendly. Impressed by the range and quality of the breakfasts too. Great location within easy walking distance to Norwich's compact and attractive city centre.

I found the hotel to be clean and very friendly especially the receptionist who served me on the day I arrived. The room was spacious and modern and I was impressed with how comfy the bed was. Breakfast was also a welcomed edition and well worth the extra £8! Weather visiting for business or pleasure I would highly recommend! Oh...

Forty three of us went to Norwich for a short break. The organisation of the trip was made easy by Lauren, who constantly was dealing with changes. She took a personal interest in the group, and helped when a participant had an accident. Even though we were a group of 43 all felt PERSONALLY cared for. The Australian man, who...

Stayed here on 19th March to go to a function in the city. Parking arrangements mean you have to drive around a one way system to park after checking in. Not very good if you do not know the route. Also we returned to the hotel at 11.40 pm and asked if we could have a glass or bottle of...

Hotel is centrally located and really excellently run by a most attentive manager and his staff who were unfailingly helpful; always cheerful & smiling. I could not fault my spotlessly clean room and en-suite. We were a large group of 30 or more and were served on our first evening by far the best meal we had during our four...

Myself and a colleague stayed here for one night whilst we were on business in Norwich. The hotel is next to a large NCP carpark so parking is not a problem which is great for a city centre hotel. It is in very easy walking distance to lots of nice pubs and restaurants. We ate out at a great Japanese...
