I stayed here for one night in a single room. Abbey Guest House is in an excellent location, just a five-minute walk from Norwich train station. The room was clean, the bed cosy and everything one might need was available/provided (drawers, little sink, towels, kettle for tea/coffee...). And, repeating what everyone else says, the breakfast really is amazing!

Stayed with my boyfriend after a dinner we attended. It was lovely, clean, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was amazing. David was polite and accommodating. We both enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This is the third time I've stayed here. Exellent location, quiet and a good night's sleep. I use this hotel to save driving and can then enjoy a drink in the city. Friendly management, good value for money, great English breakfast in the morning. Will use again.

About a 7 minute walk back from the train station, this bed and breakfast fit my needs perfectly. My room was simple, but comfortable. The place was quiet and had huge English breakfasts (vegetarian and traditional). The area its located in was safe and residential. The owners were nice, the wifi was good, and the price was very competitive given...

Close to Football ground and Riverside, friendly hosts, clean rooms and nice breakfast. Rooms a bit dated but ensuite family room was large and had a double and two singles. Very quiet road too. Parking permit available.

Having booked before I checked out the parking availability, I was relieved to find that I was able to reserve a parking space and permit right outside the front door. It is a narrow street however and this may not be possible in future visits although space was available further up the road. The beds were very comfortable and the...

David and Mandy provide a warm welcome and the rooms are well furnished in a convenient location. They have a wealth of knowledge about what is happening in Norwidh - so do ask them. They are willing to go the extra mile for their guests.
