Stayed for two nights whilst visiting Norwich for a weekend. The guest house is warm and comfortable, everywhere spotlessly clean. Close to railway station. Lots of eating places 10 minutes walk away. We would stay here again as we were made to feel welcome and our hosts were happy to give us pointers on where to go in Norwich. Breakfast...

I have stayed at this guest house several times during the last year and will continue to do whenever my travels take me to Norwich in future. It is exemplary -- spotlessly clean, reasonably priced, friendly management and the best full English breakfasts! Would definitely recommend Abbey Guest House.

We were arriving midday by train but a phone call in advance assured as that not only would we be able to drop off our luggage but our room would be ready before normal check-in time. A very warm welcome with an excellent selection of tourist leaflets (note that the Norwich map includes a voucher giving discounts at a number...

We were here for a family event. We had ensuite and non- ensuite rooms, clean, warm, great breakfast (including veggie options), helpful and friendly staff, David and Mandy. Free wifi. Minutes walk from the railway station and parking permit available for on street parking. Easy walk to central Norwich. Definitely recommended.

This has been my home from home when staying in Norwich when working away for the last 4-5 years and I try not to stay anywhere else apart from when they are full due to the value for money this B&B/guest house represents. Mandy & David are excellent hosts and always make me feel welcome and at home. The rooms...

I've stayed here a number of times, very good value and very reasonably priced. Bed and breakfast good - like home from home. Always feel very welcome and cared for. Close to railway station and shopping centre - very convenient.

We spent one night there. It is really close to the train station and it is within walking distance of the centre. The room was nice, cosy and clean. The bed was really comfortable and we slept really good. The only dissapointment was that we woke up from the smell coming from the kitchen in the morning and it was...

David welcomed us and showed us straight up to our room, outlining breakfast times, parking and any other questions we had. From then, we met Mandy who shared with us her favourite places to eat and visit in Norwich which made choosing somewhere to eat a lot easier. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed during our weekend...
