Totally welcomed to the place. Lovely couple who own the place and do look after you. We had the attic room which had a sloping ceiling. If you are tall avoid this room. It was fine for us. We stayed here while we were working at Whitby Pavillion. First of all it was great to get a parking space right outside the Guest house. It cost us 50p for a four day parking permit. Then we discovered that it was no more than a 10 minute walk to the Pavillion. The car didn't move after that. The room...

Nice hotel, room was warm but small, tea and coffee making facilities, breakfast was very good, great location, parking on road only 50p for the 3 days we were there ,if you can find a space. We went for a midweek break the week before Christmas 2016. I would recommend it, the place was very clean, very organised and great breakfast. Fantastic, well experienced, organised host. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for 3 nights in Oct. Guest house and owners were great .clean lovley place. Breakfast was honestly the best I've ever had in any guest house or hotel .parking can be quite difficult if busy time of season .but very cheap at 50p for 4 nights..only moan I have is room 2 .which is lovley. Just nice snug...

i was here one night because i had a job to do near by! the rooms are bery good, the bed and the bathroom are very good,thw TV and Wi-Fi works very well! The owners are really nice people! The owner Jools made.us full English breakfast it was awesome! i will be back for sure!

This is a nice and cosy guesthouse. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The owners of the guesthouse were extremely friendly and welcoming and gave us a map of Whitby and recommended places to visit. Te breakfast was phenomenal. We recently stayed here for a couple of nights and were made to feel very welcome by Jools, the owner. We found the accommodations to be clean, tidy and comfortable and the full English breakfasts were wonderful!

on arrival we couldnt of asked for any better jools and john couldnt do enough for us sorted the parking straight away which only costs 50p for 4 days which i was gobsmacked at the rooms were absolutely spotless and very cosy and the breakfast was beautiful will deffo be returning thanks jools and john you should be proud of...
