Really great location (5mins from Town Centre), lovely big bedroom. Nice Ensuite (only thing I would change is taking the carpet out), free parking at the back. Breakfast was excellent too. Price was one of the cheapest I found online and with free parking its a bargain! Nigel was very helpful explaining where everything is and he's very trusting as...

Our room here was comfortable and always kept clean daily. Our host looked after us well at breakfast even though there were a few in the room. It was a delightful place to stay and we would recommend it to any travellers to York.

Taking into consideration the costly car parking in York. This is a distinct advantage. It is a pleasant 10 mins walk away from the centre. Rooms always very...

We stayed here for 2 nights. It is located within easy walking distance of the city centre. (We used one of the local taxi firms to go to the other side of the city and found it a cheap way of getting around.) Nigel gave us a very friendly welcome and showed us to our room, which overlooked the rear...

This was our 7th stay at the Palm Court, we love it there and would never want to stay anywhere else in York. Nigel and Helen are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and are very clean and comfortable. They have en-suite shower rooms, TV, tea & coffee making facilities. The breakfasts...

We always stay here when in York, the rooms are lovely, well kept. Nice garden and has car parking off road. The breakfasts are very good and the owners are very friendly. It is only a 5-6 minute walk to the Monkgate entry into the town so very handy for all the shops and Minster.
