Fantastic B&B, Bedrooms are clean tidy and a generous size, full English is breakfast is made to order, Steve and Sara were wonderful hosts. It is perfectly located just a short walk from the centre of York. Would highly recommend and if I am ever going back to York I would certainly stay here again.

We recently had an excellent stay at the Ashberry B&B - 2 adults and a teen. The en suite room was large and comfortable for 3 people. Booked this for a weekend away it was gorgeous. Warm & friendly welcome, box of chocolates in the room on our arrival for my birthday, clean & lovely breakfast. Totally recommended and will stay again. About 10 minutes walk from the centre but a bus stop over te road.

A fantastic b&b. Large clean bedroom with ensuite. Delicious breakfast. Friendly helpful hosts and very close to the city centre. It was just what we were looking for and great value for money. We would recommend it to anyone.
