Great guest house and host. Stayed here previously and so it was first choice to come again with my partner for a birthday treat. Ideally situated for the city centre. Superbly comfortable rooms. I'm not one for cooked breakfasts and there's plenty to choose from if no but my partner enjoyed their mushroom omelette. I would gladly stay here again...

We have been staying at this guest house for years on our yearly pre Christmas trip. There is always a warm welcome. Really good breakfast to start your day. Excellent location short walk to the York Minster so not far from the city but on a quiet residential street to relax after a busy day out.
