This is the second time me and my other half have stayed at this Premier Inn in Nottingham. It's a very nice hotel with a very comfortable bed which I would definitely recommend, however beware of the carpark. On this occasion when we arrived we parked in the carpark and unloaded our bags, we asked at reception what the system was for parking for which we were advised that the car park is not owned by Premier Inn, but by a sperate company that charges £20 for 24 hours. We've always used a different car park in Nottingham which is much cheaper, however by chance we overheard another customer speaking to reception who was advised that if you are in the carpark for 20 minutes you are automatically charged the £20 fee. We managed to get out in time, but just to make everyone else aware. Hotel wise we couldn't fault a thing :)

Hotel's Favourite
Great hotel. I have stayed in premier inns around the country and this one was worth leaving a review about. Stayed here on a work outing. Unfortunately one of our colleagues was unnecessarily difficult and the young lady at the bar (Lilly) was responsible for dealing with it. She was an absolute professional, polite and courteous throughout. She provided great customer service and was utterly attentive. Food was lovely and well priced. Restaurante quiet meaning staff were particularly able to meet out needs and consequently we need up in the bar most of the night.

Connor from the Goldsmith Premier Inn was fantastic. We had a last minute emergency, and Connor immediately knew what to do. Considering the trip was for my masters graduation, Connors exceptional customer service was essential. Many thanks to Connor and the rest of the team. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Excellent customer service, lovely friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location for royal concert hall and town centre, will definitely return, one negative thing was we had to request more coffee sachets as was only left two, and towels, as only left one bath towel.
