Nice spot for a bit of breakfast in Burford. Standard English breakfast type menu, nothing to get overly excited about but good honest British food. Good friendly service, reasonably priced. Decent coffee.

This is just the right place to eat if you want freshly prepared food, with the option of eating in the garden. Yesterday whilst on a visit to Burford I had lunch here. There were several other folk who had opted to eat in the garden too, but there is plenty of space available. The menu offers some good choices...

We moved here after a disappointing stay at another location, here the accommodation was much better although a little dearer that the first place it was well worth the extra cost. The staff are all great, you get the feeling of them really looking after you, we arrived very early and they rushed to get our room prepared early so...

Very central and next to the Tourist information, which was useful. Lovely gardens and hearty breakfast, although it would have been nice if they offered cereals as an alternative to cooked breakfast. The rooms are very small and short of storage, so not ideal if you have a lot of luggage. The bathroom is also small, and if you have...

I and my friend were walking the Donnington Way and we were quite a way from Burford. Justin the owner rang to ask after our whereabouts and then set about trying to get a taxi for us which was a huge problem with the bank holiday. As it was going to be a 2 hr wait we decided to walk...

We stayed at this b and b for four nights mid April with two friends mainly to celebrate my wife's birthday and to have another site seeing tour of the Cotswolds. The room we had was no.3 which we found, comfortable and very clean and met our needs. All the staff were very friendly and efficient so it is unfair to...

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Good choice of sandwich to chose from & delicious cakes! Food was wonderful & plenty of it. Will definitely return. We sat outside in the beautiful courtyard. Plenty of tables to chose from.

Came here for a night with two of my friends who are a couple. The three of us got two rooms. One was a double ensuite and the other was a single shared bathroom. The rooms were both very clean and you could tell that they had been taken care of. The beds were both very soft and we found...

We stayed at The Priory last night to attend a friend's wedding in Burford. We had a double room with ensuite bathroom - it was perfectly comfortable, if a little small! But great for a place to get ready and sleep. Breakfast was lovely and the staff are great. Our only complaint is that the bathroom was a wetroom which...

Full English: reasonable quality and price. Good service and nice setting. I thought the sausage was perhaps a little dry with more filler than meat but the bacon was tasty; as were the mushrooms. I confess I am not a huge fan of grilled tomato at the best of times but this one managed to be both bitter and sour....
