Visiting relatives we again stayed at Travelodge Burford, despite investment the floors in the corridors still creak and the carpets appear untrimmed, plastic glasses do not help the appearance of the facility when the obvious competitors offer proper glasses, curtains that overlap to ensure that all outside light is removed when closed unfortunately the Curtains at Travelodge do not meet and allow...

It's a Travelodge. You get a clean basic room, comfortable bed and a cheerful welcome. Given it's location at Burford I thinks it's a bargain. No frills but that's what we needed for one night. The centre of the picturesque village is around 300m away.

Great location. Nice big modern rooms. Friendly staff, in particular Dale who was very helpful. Only downside is they don't do any hot food or a bar. They only have a vending machine that's quite expensive for what's stocked. Short walk into Burford centre though.

When visiting Burford, we usually stay in a much more expensive hotel, right in the centre, but decided to try the Travelodge this time. It was perfect and we will always choose the Travelodge in future. As with every Travelodge we have ever stayed at, the staff were super friendly and the check in process was extremely quick. We wondered...

Had a lovely stay at the Travelodge in Burford and a huge plus was being dog friendly. We were put in a downstairs room with ample space for our puppy to play around in. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only couple of downside's were the pillows were quite hard and I am not sure they use non biological washing...

We have just returned from an Easter break here and although the accommodation is very basic, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff are very friendly, especially Dale, and made you feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again as everything in Burford is within walking distance from...

For a budget hotel, it was very well maintained unlike other city travelodges I have stayed at before. Clean rooms, friendly staff and an overall pleasant stay. The premises had plenty of parking space, a cafe just nextdoor for your breakfast needs and it's perfectly located away from the busy towns which are only a drive away. Would totally recommend...

Quick one night stop over. Basic but very clean. Good location for exploring the Cotswolds. Ideal with a family as 2 extra beds in the room. Very close to Burford (15 mins walk up/down a steep hill/2 mins drive). Plenty of parking on site. Avoid the Little Chef next door - pop down the road to Burford Garden centre for...

- good value for money - ideal base for touring the Cotswolds and walking distance into Burford - quite a late booking in time after a long car journey would have been nice to have got into room a little earlier

Travelodge was a nice place to stay close to the all the attractions. However, I felt it was quite expensive for just one night. The staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating who answered all our queries
