People wandering around in jeans and trainers. Food very cheap! Tiny portions! Looked good! Don't even do cheese and biscuits. Waiter didn't refill our glasses. No table cloths. Plenty of room for improvement. Not all its hyped up to be.

Stayed here for one night. Delightful check in, receptionist actually took me to my room. It's years since I had that service. It's a bit stuffy with petty rules and dress codes but it's elegant charm compensates. Superb freshly cooked breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

From the moment we arrived we were looked after like royalty. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The staff very attentive. Magnificent setting on the banks of the river Thames. The English Breakfast was prepared individually and served hot. Delicious. Overall highly recommended.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the river and explore Henley. We have been to Henley a couple of times during the Royal Regatta and it was nice to go back and see the town in a quieter state. Phyllis Court was a great place to stay. The room was lovely with... More

This is an excellent location to explore this lovely area. The rooms are modern and ours looked out over the river with a lovely balcony. The dinner in the Orangery was relaxed and the service was good. Prices for food and drink are reasonable, Breakfast the following morning was good, cooked breakfast or continental. There is a dress code so... More

We love staying here as its a superb location on the River Thames. The rooms are well-decorated and have modern bathrooms. The club has a formal restaurant and the Orangery which is light and bright. Beautiful public areas. Dress code applicable ie no denim. No mobile phones indoors. We asked for a top sheet as duvets are so hot in... More

We were visiting friends who booked us into the Phyllis Court Club. When we checked in, we were told there was awed ding there that evening, and that our room would have 'a small amount of noise'.Then told no other room available, and that the confirmation email, sent that morning at the Booker, had said. As we were on our... More
