The accommodation was OK, if rather old fashioned and ugly, but the breakfast was horrible: tinned fruit, toast like sawdust and, unless I'm very much mistaken, dried, reconstituted egg for the scrambled eggs! The main waitress was also a bit sniffy, if you didn't want everything in exactly the order she wanted to bring it. All in all, felt like...

The room was small but comfortable and it had all of the toiletries I needed as well as hot drinks facilities including biscuits. Nice that even though I had a single room it still had an ensuite bathroom. The breakfast was particularly nice with a good variety of food on offer including lots of fruit and cooked breakfast too. I...

The reviews here are either very good or very bad. Perhaps the best thing about this B&B is its location - if you want the John Radcliffe Hospital or Oxford Brookes University - both are within 5ish minutes walk. The property is run as a business, so don't expect a typical British B&B with friendly owner giving you personal attention....

The Guest House is conveniently situated near to Radcliffe Hospital and eateries. The staff were pleasant and helpful on our arrival. The room was clean although a little dated, but that is what gave the place character. The breakfast was superb and individually cooked with personal service. All in all a very pleasant overnight.

The location is on a busy and noisy arterial road into Oxford, and I realised we had made a mistake as soon as we arrived outside, before we even entered. The décor in the room was dated, the room was dismal, although the bedding was clean. The en-suite had a distinct smell of body odour. My wife was in tears,...

Sorry to advise but me and my sister booked into this place after looking at it on the internet. It looked really nice and I needed a place near to the hospital in Oxford. This place is really dirty, the carpets in the bedroom were disgusting and the radiator and shower in the bathroom were really in need of a...

Stayed here with my parents and Son the night before his graduation. The guest house is very located near to the hospitals and Oxford Brookes. We arrived just before 10pm - after which the house is locked when reception shuts. We phoned ahead to say that we may be late - in which case there is a key safe. Zoe...
