Cotswold
Reviewed 29 July 2015

This B & B is the best we have ever stayed in. Rooms were fantastic and spotless. The location is great for visiting many of the famous Cotswold villages. Beds were really comfortable. There is no cooked breakfast but the continental breakfast ptovided is more than enough for any appetite. Fabulous place.

We had a great 3 night stay at Blenheim Edge. On arrival we had a very good welcome from Tanya which immediately put us at ease. Our room at the back of the house was very spacious and provided for all our needs - the king size bed was especially comfortable. The continental breakfasts in our room were very good...

I must day that the B & B is fairly conveniently located on the main bus route into Oxford from the north. Bus stop is only 100 meters from B & B. Our room was toward back of B & B so was quiet. Busy road in front could be a problem for rooms in that area. Tanya was very...

I have always told myself I would not reply to any negative comments as when I have read other management responses they often appear rather churlish. However, I do feel it is rather unfair to be critised for something that is very clearly stated on our website, on our booking confirmation and on the details of all our booking agents....

I stayed for one night in April and had a very quiet room facing the rear of the property. It was a twin bedded room and the bed was very comfortable. The bed linen was of a very high quality and everything was spotlessly clean. The bathroom, whilst not large, was plenty big enough for one person at a time....

To be honest, this just wasn't what we had been looking for. We hoped to stay at a beautiful B&B and the pictures here suggest just that, but when we arrived, we realised that the house was right on the A44, the main road leading to Oxford. Rooms were ok and bathroom was clean and large. I had been under...

This is truly a home from home, and a real ! My partner and I booked for a one night stay after a long travel back from a concert. On arrival, the lovely Tanya showed us to our room and was so welcoming and helpful. The whole place was beautifully furnished, cosy and airy throughout. Little touches, such as the...

My husband, teenage son, and I stayed here last March on a 10-day driving tour of England and Wales. Since we were planning to go to Oxford on a Friday and Windsor on a Saturday, I originally was looking for a place in the Windsor area to spend Friday night. However, after becoming discouraged by high prices and full guest...

we recently stayed here for two nights. It's the most relaxing, comfortable and luxurious place! Simon was such a fantastic host and we felt right at home. It's situated a short bus ride from the city centre. Without a shadow of a doubt we would stay again!

Blenheim Edge Guest House is quite unassuming from the outside, it looks like a 'normal house' and very close to a busy dual carriageway. But get inside and the rooms are beautifully furnished and our room at the back of the guest house was very quiet and we didn't hear any traffic noise. We had a king size bed which...
