We booked this hotel for a last minute five day holiday and what a stroke of luck we had. The room was a standard room and was very comfortable extremely clean and on asking for extra pillows and towels nothing was too much trouble. Our TV had no sound on channel three so without prompting they moved us to a...

Here for a function finding the website does not match reality. Lovely venue and would really be super boutique with some updates. Staff very nice and food was good. Wifi excellent which helped as no phone reception. A car is essential if staying and wanting to travel out.

Me and my partner decided to stay at the westwood and we was generally happy upon arrival. We decided to have some dinner on the first night at the restaurant at the hotel. I ordered some BBQ ribs and my partner a pulled pork burger with drinks. Service was great. All seemed great until about 30-40minutes after dinner. My partner...

Found this hotel very last minute. It's a nice hotel and is no more than a 3* it's clean and we were well received by front of house. The hotel has an arrangement with a local cab company should you wish to go into Oxford which we did a couple of times. Just a few little points. No pillow protectors,...

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel room was large and we even had a balcony with a beautiful view. We opted to eat at the hotel restaurant on our first night. It was a strange experience as the menu was very limited and we were the only ones eating. Not long after the meal I became very...

Stay here fairly regularly as limited hotels in the area. The hotel is extremely tired and has had no money spent on it for years. Bathrooms are dated with broken toilet seats and leaky radiators. Food is very poor and if you want to check out too early you have to wait for the staff to get up.

The Westwood is really frustrating and I am not the only one who has that opinion. It's a lovely property in a decent setting and I assume they have a restaurant but the service in the bar is so bad I can't bring myself to try it. I was there for coffee and a meeting last week and the place...

Firstly, the hotel manager and staff were excellent. Our first room number 4 was terrible. The central heating didn't work, the window was cracked, the paintwork was bare in places, the towels were threadbare and the room was shabby and dated. We complained and without hesitation were offered another room for the second night and a refund for the first...

This was a charming cottage and had great rooms. We had dinner there and it was lovely. Great food and service. Wished we could have stayed longer. The front desk staff helped us to getbaround the city and had called a taxi for us when we needed them. Beautiful property for a wedding as well. Our room overlooked the garden...

This hotel is in its own grounds, we were allowed to leave car on day of check out, free parking, and bus stop outside, its 3 miles into Oxford, so we had the luxury of a nice quiet stay, but near enough to Oxford. The room was a superior room, it was awesome and we loved it, we had a...
