They accepted my booking. in February. Informed me when I arrived that the breakfast was with compliments of the hotel. We, that's 5 of us were presented with 5 boxes 'called breakfast' !!!!!! A small carton of 'orange juice' a packet of two biscuits, and a carton of something that I can only think was supposed to be 'muesli' but it...

We stayed at the Premier Inn as the venue that was hosting the event was booked out. Not that posed a problem as in all honesty I like the Premier Inn Hotels, they are clean, comfortable and simple. I don't like people running around for me, if I want a coffee I want to make it in the room when...

This hotel has obviously been extended recently and we had to visit reception in another building before being directed to the part of the hotel we were staying in. The directions to our room could have been improved - in the end we had to ask a passing member of staff how to find it! Didn't eat in the nearby...

We stayed 2 nights and the fire alarm went on 3 times, it was a very scary experience especially for my 2 years old daughter! Just imagine going out in the middle of the night in your pjs in this cold weather! When we asked the staff about it they said the alarms are so sensitive and will go on...

We come to this hotel two to three times a year, so far so good, but when I booked on line last Thursday there was no mention that there would not be any breakfast, bar or dinner facilities and if it was is was not prominent. This information should be in bold as soon as you log into the page,...

Our group enjoyed our stay here, we stayed in the new annex, Some finishing touches still needed but the rooms were as expected of a premier inn. The Beefeater restaurant was great as a large party we were well looked after although it could be slow at times as it is not dedicated to the hotel so can get busy...

Booked a 3 night stopover at this Premier Inn for business reasons. This cost £347 for the three nights. Upon arrival was informed that the restaurant next door (Beefeater Longwall) would be closed for refurbishment from 22/03 until mid-April. At no point in the on-line booking process was this mentioned! Incredibly inconvenient, yet the price remains premium! I managed to...
