All aspects of the hotel were good and what I've come to expect of Premier Inns in general. Very friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are clean and of a decent size. Bar and restaurant were fine too. Well located for access to rail and roads, good nearby facilities. The only downside is the road network (a big overpass)...

Walking distance from Station, right by The Oracle and Kennet and Avon Canal. Staff warm, welcoming and accomodating. Great nights sleep, safe for solo female, always look forward to my stay, plus room has a bath after a days hiking... .😀

Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Staff and a Great Breakfast - all in all an excellent experience and we will be back. Rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was very good.

An excellent stay supported by a competent staff team. Spotless room - Well done. Stayed in Premiers on several occasions but this one beats the rest. Thought the car-parking would be a problem but reception staff organised things with ease, despite it being non hotel car parking.

I've been to other Premier Inns and this was probably the worst experience I had so far. The room was not cleaned properly. There was dust on the table and the floor was clearly dirty. The room had terrible Wi-Fi coverage and it felt like something was missing from the room since one of the corners was completely empty. The...

Had a superb two night stay here and could not have asked for anything better. Good value for a town centre hotel. Luckily managed to get into the car park at the back which is 50 yards from reception and acceptable at £8 for 24hrs. Check in process was smooth and friendly. Room was usual Premier Inn standard, clean, warm...

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting our daughter at Uni. The location is perfect for the centre and shopping. Room/bathroom was a good size, well sound proofed and comfortable. Service in the bar and restaurant was good. The only down-side was breakfast on the Sunday morning. We went at about 9.30am which we were warned was a busy time, however...

Quiet Premier Inn run with effortless efficiency by competent and capable staff - everything you need for a hassle-free overnighter when you're away on Business. The breakfast is great too, and parking at the rear a doddle.

Arrived about 7pm Monday night for an overnight stop to find their car park full, so drove around for ages to find somewhere close, as I had a fair bit of luggage. Waited 2o minutes to get booked in as only one person on the desk. Eventually got a space in their car park (which is policed by a private...
