First time staying at this B&B right next to the stadium. Lovely welcoming people who worked hard to accommodate guests. Smashing brekkie, very comfortable room lovely and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Hillsborough.

A friendly and welcoming atmosphere, very helpful staff allowed us to check in early. 24hour staff also very helpful. Basic but clean and perfect for what we wanted for a night in Sheffield. Very accommodating staff, family run.

Me and a few friends stayed at Alara Hotel for 1 night because we were going on a night out in Sheffield. Firstly the hotel is quite far out from the city centre. When we arrived we were told that breakfast wasn't included in the price we had paid, and that it was an extra £5. This was disappointing when...

Booked this place last minute after another hotel cancelled our booking. The owners were very welcoming and put up with a bunch of drunk students coming in late. The cooking staff were great at their job too, making us a lovely breakfast in the morning. Small issues that we had were shared bathrooms (they were 16 of us) and our...

Came down with a group of 16 from Scotland. Everyone on the trip came away very happy and raved about the b&b - great location, clean, access to kitchen utensils and a fantastic breakfast every morning. The Owner made us all feel very welcome along with the kitchen staff in the morning.

Lovely folk here and super breakfast. Very clean rooms and spacious, we had a shared bathroom but again clean and no issues. Will definitely stop again. Also very helpful...

Ok place, clean etc nice bed. Flying stay. Would say should be cheaper as bathrooms are shared. Wanted to say that the middle eastern gent who was working that night was lovely and friendly, remembers your name and has a natural pride of hospitality unlike the normal robots. Credit to the place, where he comes from and now this country

He checked us in and explained everything we needed to know. The continental breakfast was very nice, plenty of toast cerial and fruit. With yogurt and...

I booked in last minute as a solo female traveler. I had a lovely welcome, the owner Mehmet was absolutely wonderful and kind, helping me out when I had a slight mishap. Jordan the night guy was lovely too. It's basic accommodation but it was clean, comfortable and I felt safe. There was an intercom system upstairs so you could...
