We stayed for just one night in March en-route home from a short break in Chester. We were made to feel very welcome and the room, even though not large was extremely comfortable. Our hosts were very helpful in suggesting suitable places to enjoy an evening meal. The location, tucked just off the main street was perfect for easy access...

We stayed for two nights and were very impressed by the accommodation, which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Our hosts, Tim and Sarah, were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was extremely tasty with a good choice. The location is perfect - very central but quiet.

We were only able to stay at the Library House for one night, for a short Easter break. However, Sarah and Tim, our hosts, made us feel immediately welcomed and we will definitely recommend their beautiful home to friends and family. Fabulous location too.

Stayed for one night at the Library House. The hosts, Sarah and Tim, could not have been more charming and helpful. The rooms were elegant, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - right in the middle of the town overlooking the Gorge. And to top it off the breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Stayed for 3 nights Fri-Mon, absolutely marvelous accommodation. We were welcomed by Sarah who provided us with tea, coffee and cake in the lounge. Tim and Sarah are the perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast excellent, choice of cereal, fresh fruit followed by various hot meals. Our bedroom was " Chaucer" and was spotlessly clean and well equipped...

My husband and I stayed here for one night and it was lovely. The hosts were welcoming and chatty, our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the house itself was full of English charm and character. We were served tea and home made fruit cake when we arrived, which was delicious! Our cooked breakfast in the morning was pretty...

Stayed here for one night last weekend which happened to coincide with the river festival and good old British sunshine for a change!!! Tim greeted us with a smile and made us feel relaxed right from the moment the front door opened. The Library House is in a superb location and an ideal base from which to explore Your surroundings....

I have to agree with the other reviews. Spotlessly clean, lovely food, welcoming hosts who did not mind us poking about in their garden. We were in the Chaucer room which opens out onto the garden. The room is small but we knew this when booking. You can hear the nearby church clock chiming out the hours day and night,...

Peaceful slice of heaven. Immaculately clean. Beautifully decorated. The perfect middle of our vacation treat. Wish I could live here. It really was like visiting a favorite family member's home. Located right by the iron bridge
