Lovely welcoming staff, nice and clean with a very comfortable bed, stunning views from the bedroom. Walking distance from the wonderful town of Ludlow and next door to a garage, supermarket and pub, really enjoyable stay.

Room clean and comfortable and good value for money. Location good, within walking distance to the local town. Pub and garage with shop on the doorstep.. Very comfortable bed and a good, quiet night's sleep.

Very spacious room with clean comfortable bed, but less clean bathroom which was cramped. Facilities around the bedroom were perfect, but missing tissues and hairdryer. Would also have been nice to have the option to choose between a room with a view but noisy road, or a room with no view but quieter.

Easy to locate, ideally situated hotel near Ludlow old town. Inexpensive, comfortable and clean family friendly Travel Lodge. The lady on reception gave us a map of the town and directions for walking there. There is a pub/restaurant The Squirrel next door and a CO OP convenience store and petrol station. Finding an evening meal on a Sunday in Ludlow...

This is a great place for a base to explore Shropshire and also Ludlow since we discovered you can pick up the park and ride on the main road into town and save the walk back uphill when you're tired. The staff are really excellent and helpful, the rooms are a good size and clean. The only thing I would...

Overnight stay with hubby on route to a long weekend break. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and offered a map of Ludlow which we did not require. There is a pub next door, food is edible. There is a co-op in the immediate vicinity which is handy. The only criticism would be plastic glasses in the room.

Stayed overnight after visiting ludlow. Staff were very welcoming. Room was basic but very clean. The mattress and pillows were very firm and whilst this may be OK for some I found it very uncomfortable. Would benefit from having a couple of bottles of drinking water as didn't want to fill the kettle from the bathroom taps.

This is your bog-standard no-frills Travelodge. Check-in was efficient and personable. The spartan room was a good size. There was a wide range of TV channels and the bed and bedding were very comfortable and cosy. The heater had to be turned up to the max setting before any heat would radiate out. My odd-numbered room faced the main road...

Stayed for one night with my wife. Recently decorated throughout, large well equipped rooms, choice of breakfast at two established venues within easy walking distance, friendly helpful staff. Just the ticket for short stay wether exploring the area or breaking a journey.

Booked online as travelling from Mid Wales to Gloucestershire & didn't want to drive a long way in the dark; fairly easy to find but room we were given was on ground floor facing the car park, and had disabled facilities (which we had not requested). Opposite the hotel is a busy pub, hence some of the noise; disappointed that no...

Thank you taking the time to leave us feedback. We are truly sorry to learn that your stay was affected by external noise. Our more central locations may be noisier however to ensure our guests are comfortable we do provide double glazing and we try to work with the local areas and communities. It is regrettable to hear this was...
