A fantastic guesthouse, absolutely deserving of its 4 star rating. Only six rooms in this beautiful Georgian guesthouse. All the rooms are individual and tastefully furnished. The location is perfect, situated on a street in between the Royal Crescent and the Circus with just a five minute walk into the town. The rooms were pristine and breakfast was excellent with...

There's no doubting that the building is terrific and the location great but we've stayed in much better for less. You're a 10 minute walk from the centre of town which is brilliant so that's that dealt with, location fine. The room we had, For £100, was right on the top floor, very small, and had what I would describe...

We stayed here for two nights, nice welcome and were able to park outside with free pass. The car stayed there all weekend as we were within 10 min walk from everything including Roman baths, shops and restaurants. Dreadful weather but warm cosy room and plenty of hot water. Really good breakfast with friendly service.Great place to stay. Would return....

Don't get me wrong, the room was absolutely beautiful (although the bathroom grout could do with a firm clean) and was comfortable, and the amenities in the room great. The position of the B&B allows you to walk to town and all the beautiful places in Bath with ease. It even has and hop on/hop off bus stop just outside...

A truly delightful guesthouse, absolutely deserving of its 4 star rating. Just 6 rooms in this beautiful Georgian guesthouse, situated on a street in between the Royal Crescent and the Circus, just a 5 minute walk into town. All the rooms are individual and tastefully furnished, giving one a feeling of privilege to be staying in somebody's own home. Plenty...

A group of us have just come back from Bath for Weekend of Chrimbo shopping, Christmas Market, good food and plentiful wine. The location is perfect, close enough to the centre that makes it easy and quickly to go anywhere with the town. It has no car parking facility but if you are lucky enough you can obtain one of...

I stayed for one night at Brocks during the Christmas market in Bath. Brocks is really well located just off the Circus and close to the centre of Bath and is located in a classic Bath Georgian townhouse. The welcome was really warm the staff were eager to help and the accommodation was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bedroom I...

We did an overnight stop to visit the city. This guest house was everything we hoped, beautifully decorated and full of nice little touches. Good breakfast in the morning and very friendly and helpful hosts. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
