I stayed here several time between January and May 2016 while commuting to Bath from mid-Wales for work. The hosts are lovely, and remembered me after the first time, making an effort to remember little things and make conversation. The rooms are clean and cosy and very comfortable. I stayed in a little single with a shared shower, and a...

This B&B is both ideally located and is absolutely lovely! My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights last week and couldn't have asked for more. Whoever was on reception was very helpful and friendly and our room was very comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The breakfasts are to die for and everything that has been posted previously...

Finding our usual hotel in Bath had priced itself out of our market, we sought another in close proximity to the city centre and found The Kennard. This is a most attractive Boutique Guest House close by Pulteny Bridge. It does not have its own car park, but free street parking permits can be available for guests if required. We...

We stayed here for a special mother daughter trip for two nights. The Kennard has a great location off the "beaten path" but extremely close and convenient walking distance from all the major sights of Bath. The staff members were warm and friendly, the rooms were very clean and charming, and I believe it was a very good value for...

I spent 7 nights at The Kennard, and I'd happily go back again. The location was perfect, being on a fairly quiet road, but only 2 minutes from the centre of Bath. It's not far from the train station, so no need to worry about taking a car. It's one of few hotels that offer single rooms, making it cost-effective...

Stayed here for one night as partner had an early meeting in town. Very comfortable if quite small room. Excellent location for the city centre. Lovely decor and breakfast room was beautiful. They managed to arrange for an early breakfast for us which was appreciated. Quite pricey but everywhere in Bath is at weekends.
