Room 302. There were steps to enter our bathroom. The lift only allowed 3 persons. For breakfasts, you needed to ask for a yoghurt, and the only fruit was prunes and grapefruit segments- the latter to be avoided if like me you take STATINS. Limited evening meal menu choice, but you could pay extra and choose a la carte.Staff were...

Room and bathroom very spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast good quality, the carrot and coriander soup was delicious, drinks reasonable and staff, apart from one member were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel situated on a steep hill but Bath easily accessed by bus. First experience of a Shearings tour, and our driver for Bath (keith) was very good....

We have stayed here a few times before, but have noticed it gradually getting a bit more frayed around the edges. Overall, the room was nice and clean, with a decent sized TV and the bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast is good with a reasonable choice of decent food. The bar prices are also very good for a hotel....

Thank you for your feed-back I am sorry this was not your best visit but pleased that you enjoyed the food and found the bar good on price. We have needed to increase the car-parking this year in line with hotel costs but I assure you that this is a very good price compared with other car-parking in Bath I...

A great value tour staying at this hotel. Whilst it is not a party hotel for the younger folk, and is in the middle of a hill, there were many buses passing for town access. A lovely bar, good sized rooms and more than adequate menu are available for the quiet getaway. Shearings coach tour was marvellous commentary and friendly...
