Were three of the words used by two of our three children (8, 7, 7) when staying at Tasburgh House. Beautiful location and views, very comfy beds, spotlessly clean, excellent breakfasts (e.g. the best home-made muesli ever). Very helpful and switched on staff. Just the right walking distance from Bath city centre to run down the kids' batteries before dinner....

While listed as a hotel Tasburgh House is perhaps better described as an up-market B&B since no meals other than breakfast are provided. Sue and her staff were welcoming and always on hand to help. The gardens and terraces were a delightful feature although March is not the ideal month to see them at their best. For a family of...

Had a great time here, felt like a home from home! The staff and owner could not have been more helpful yet still left you in peace to relax. Not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for at the Tasburgh.

How could I say anything bad about the Tasburgh House or Bath? The owner is very lovely to work with, she makes you feel right at home. There is so much to do and see in Bath, and so many great places to eat, and she will point you in the right direction and help you get there too! I...

The Tasburgh House Hotel is indeed a gem in beautiful Bath. We stayed there for a weekend break and had a fabulous time. The kindness and exceptional service provided by Sue and the staff at the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms we booked, a double and a single, were cozy but had all the amenities and...

Beautiful building, great views, everything immaculate, great breakfast, very relaxing, very expensive. I couldn't fault the building or the attentive owner but I left feeling I paid too much for what I got.

We loved the hotel, both its wonderful atmosphere and the ever friendly service. Sue, the owner has been a great host and helpful in every way, if finding a restaurant - our a boarding school for our daughters! One of the best small hotels I have been to, thank you Sue for everything!

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and we couldn't have been more comfortable or better looked-after. Sue and her team went out of their way to book restaurants for us which was hugely appreciated because it was very difficult to get tables during the busy Bath Half-Marathon weekend. Our well-appointed room on the top floor had great views...

I stayed here for a job interview and the whole process from start to finish was first class. Sue, the owner, contacted me in advance to confirm arrangements and was very welcoming when I arrived at 10pm. The room and facilities were excellent.

The hotel has a great position just outside the centre of Bath with wonderful views. It takes around 25 minutes to walk in along the canal or a five minute taxi ride. The room we had (Bronte) was very comfortable if a bit small, but made up for by the view. The owner is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The...
