Parkside was one of our only affordable options in Bath for a quick overnight getaway from London to take in the town's Christmas Market. We were called a couple of days before our stay by the hostess to inform us that she had fallen and hurt her hip so while we wasn't going to cancel our reservation, she wouldn't be...

I started my two week trip to Great Britain with three nights in Bath and I loved my stay at the Parkside B&B. Inge was welcoming and kind and always found the time to check with me and make sure that I was happy. My room was clean and comfortable and the wifi, while not the most reliable, was free....

You can't ask for a better location. It is just across the street from the entrance to Royal Victoria Park and Children's Play Area. it is also just around the corner from the Royal Crescent. You can walk to just about anywhere in Bath from this location. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast isn't the biggest, but is certainly...

The location is quite convenient to the attractions in Bath. Parking is a bit of an issue, however. Breakfast was certainly more than adequate. The hostess is friendly but she admitted to being tired after a long tourist season.

My boyfriend and I have just returned from a one night stay at the Parkside and we've had a great time. For future guests, I just want to address some things that other overly negative reviewers have said... 1. 'Stingy breakfast' - okay so it's not a feast but you can have as many rounds of cereal as you want,...

We stayed two nights in a supposed en-suite but arrived to find the toilet in the hall. The rooms and bath were incredibly clean, but for the price we also expected other advertised amenities. The internet only worked in the hall (perhaps just one central router for three floors?) so we ended up sitting on the stairs with other guests...

This B&B is in a great location for seeing everything in Bath on foot. We visited in April and were cold. The heat is not turned on in the room until 7:30 am. Breakfast is from 8 to 9 am. Some rooms have a sink and shower ensuite but you need to cross the hall for the toilet. NOt great...

We chose Parkside GuestHouse for two reasons; ideal location for our planned lunch engagement the following day plus a lack of overall accommodation within Bath this particular weekend. I made the reservation by phone and all seemed fine and despite looking at of the reviews, was hoping that for just one night it would be fine. I have made other...

Those booking here should be prepared to carry their luggage-no elevator. The rooms are a little out-of-date in décor, but are a good-size as is the bathroom. Inge, the owner, makes you feel like this B and B is your home. Breakfast is served in a lovely room overlooking the garden. Located in a residential area across from a park...
