On pulling up to the car park it was very tight with lots of vans and skips about. There is renovation work going on and from the outside this hotel doesn't look like a 5* however inside is much different. From what we saw anyway. Check in was excellent... David greeted us and it was no problem that we had...

Stayed here for a weekend in February and from the start it was lovely. I was gifted the stay by my other half and he had booked The Grande Suite which i hope my photos show was awesome. Beautifully decorated, amazingly furnished. We even had our own private terrace in the garden accessed directly from our suite. I would definitely...

My Husband booked this as my Christmas present and I was not disappointed. The location is perfect, about six minute walk in to town. The Hotel itself is amazing, the rooms are stunning especially the refurbished rooms. We stayed in Abbey room which was at the back of the Hotel with amazing views. We stayed here Friday and Saturday night to visit Bath. This guest house in an ideal location to walk around bath. Parking at front door and greeted by friendly staff. A lot of thought has been put into the rooms being unique and shows expert interior design to enhance this Georgian House. Very clean. New bathrooms with underfoot heating. Very...

A lovely experience to stay here, the rooms seem to be individually themed and lavishly furnished. We stayed in the basement orchid suite which was spacious and well kitted out. The mattress was soft and great to lie on. The ensuite had heated floor tiles which were a pleasure to walk on in bare feet! The breakfast was fabulous, and...

Just spent the weekend in Bath and stayed at The Ayrlington. Great location just a 15 minute walk to the town centre. Excellent room (Ivory) with a superb outlook over playing fields towards Bath. Very comfortable and spacious. Great breakfasts and very nice staff. We will stay here again at our next visit.

We had one of the newly refurbished rooms (Abbey) - stunning. Beautifully done. Staff were brilliant, so helpful. We overlooked the garden which are well looked after. Breakfast was one of the best I've had. I'm a coffee snob and the coffee was excellent, everything cooked perfectly. Was no more than a 10 minute walk & you were in the...

We stayed for two nights in the refurbished Abbey room. Hotel had small car park at front, which is definitely a bonus for the centre of Bath. The room was beautifully decorated in Georgian style and was one of the most comfortable we have stayed in. Bedroom faced the gardens and as such was very quite and tranquil giving us...

We stayed one night to celebrate my birthday and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were respectful, friendly and discrete and nothing was too much trouble for them. Even in early March the garden was delightful as were the views over Bath. It certainly enhanced our visit being upgraded to the grand suite!
