We Stayed at Apsley House in mid April. We arrived into London mid afternoon off the long haul flight from Australia. We were tired but picked up a hire car from Heathrow and drove straight to Bath. With a sat nav this was very easy with the main motorway taking us straight there. On arrival and viewing the outside of...

On the recommendation of friends who stayed here a few months ago, my husband and I stayed for two nights and loved it! The bedroom was elegant and comfortable, with a spacious, modern bathroom and a beautiful view. The public sitting room, with a grand piano and an honor bar, was a perfect place to relax with a good book...

City center is about 1 mile from the hotel and very walkable. Best route takes you right past the Royal Cresent and the Circus. The House is beautiful and has a very nice backyard space. The breakfast was fantastic! We will definately return.

We stayed here for Easter weekend and it was a lovely house with cosy bedrooms with furniture and decor which complements the age of the property. Staff were excellent and breakfast even better. Would definitely recommend.

Booked the Hotel as a honeymoon weekend and we were not disappointed by the quality of the Hotel. We were allocated the "Mornington room", beautiful 4 poster bed, very large, very comfortable and the room was very well presented. The Hotel went the extra mile and scattered silk Rose petals on our bed in the shape of a love heart,...

Apsley House accommodated us at the last minute, so we had to take whatever room they had (#5). This review may have been five stars if I'd had the luxury of selecting a room, but #5 was subterranean. A beautifully decorated (if slightly tatty, but only in the very best British style) and relatively spacious space, but with very little...

Booked largely on the basis of the fine reviews on Trip Advisor. Lived up to our expectations. The staff are a credit to Apsley House, in particular Antonella and Kate who were always friendly and courteous. We had a one year old child with us and all our needs were catered to and more at breakfast and in general. The 4...

I booked this hotel by telephone, somewhat in error, as it definitely doesn't fit in with the style I'd normally go for. However, upon arrival, we were welcomed warmly and showed to our room which faced the rear garden. The room itself was quite large with high ceilings, fitted in a very traditional manner, with a wood framed bed, soft...
