Struggled to find the way in to the property with a car but a quick phone call to Matt soon sorted that out and to make sure we found the right spot Mary was waiting for us.We received a really warm welcome from Mary and she furnished us with keys, a Bath Reward Card and showed us to our room....

The Albany is a short walk from the city centre and is everything you could ask for - clean rooms, welcoming hosts, a good breakfast and somewhere to park! We wouldn't hesitate to come here again - recommended.

First impressions weren’t good.. the front door was locked with a note on it to ask us to telephone the owners as they were down the road. I understand why they don’t want to be there 24 hours a day but it’s much nicer arriving at a hotel with a receptionist after a long drive. We were a bit disappointed...

Does exactly what it says on the tin! Very clean and ideally situated for a visit to all the sights. Matt was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a huge choice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We booked at least minute for a trip to the Thermae Spa and received a very warm welcome. Very convenient location with most things for us in walking distance. Room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was really lovely. We'll be visiting again!

Stayed for weekend in ground floor en-suite family room with single bed for our three year old and cot provided for the baby. Owners are friendly and hospitable and the breakfast service is very high quality. There is an amazing children's park situated close by the guest house which is also next to the stop for the hop on bus...

We booked this guesthouse on the spur of the moment after a late decision to have a couple of nights in Bath. It turned out to be good choice. We booked the ground floor family room as this was the only room available. The room was very clean with quality furniture and a nice comfortable bed. One thing that could...

Clean, warm comfortable downstairs family room. Host very friendly and welcoming . Breakfast had a wide choice of cereals, fresh fruit salad, yogurt and cooked English breakfast which was delicious. Located close to town and city attractions. Circus and Royal Crescent out back door. Only downside is that car park is not accessible through guest house so you either drop...

Situated within a few minutes' walk from most of the sights, the house offers a nice clean family accommodation with a car park and a great home cooked breakfast (including a vegetarian option for which I was grateful). The owner is very pleasant and helpful and is happy to recommend places to visit and restaurants to try. You will also...
