Great customer service. Illy and Olaf couldn’t have been more accommodating. Buffet AND made-to-order breakfast-try the pancakes. Bedroom was small, but bed was comfortable. Bath was everything we needed—plenty towels/sundries.

Such a lovely little hotel, in a quiet Georgian street very close to the centre of Bath. The house is elegant and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious.

A very clean place. Wonderful staff . Wonderful breakfast. They were accommodating to our early arrival for bag drop off with coffee and delicious homemade cookies. They treat you like a GUEST not a customer.
