Great guest house. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. Take time to talk to the hosts Sheila & Sean they will advise you on anything and everything to do around Bath. Prices quoted are per room per night and includes free parking and a huge breakfast. Sean will make you pretty much anything you want. Rooms are quirky and...

The place was beautifully decorated with Roman stuffs. Everything was in perfect conditions and comfortable and I have to admit that they do maintained it very very well for an old place. Sheila (The Host) was a friendly and loving lady; and Sean was a great person and offered us some hot tea while we're sitting at the dining area...

After getting stuck in traffic and being delayed we arrived late at 11pm and was greeted by the owner of the B and B. Not only did she stay up to let us in but she took her time to explain the best places to visit in Bath and made sure we felt at home even though we had arrived...

It is really nice choice for those who want to visit Bath. B&B is located very close to city center, about 5-10 min of walk to reach it. Price is so smart, that I think it is one of the best price/quality solution in the city. Hotel hosts are so friendly and very helpfull. The whole B&B and each room...

We originally booked in for one night, but stayed for two. Sheila and Sean were the consummate hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was fantastic and set us up for the rest of the day. The position of this B&B meant that we could easily walk into the city of Bath and the free parking was a...

We were amazingly impressed to have stayed in a central guest house in a four-poster room for only £75, and I kept being paranoid that the price was actually per person! We stayed in Room 1, which contains a sink and shower, but has a toilet and bath in a separate bathroom. Both the room and bathroom were massive and...

Three 40 something ladies wanted to stay fairly local to the city centre, park the car up for the duration & find good pubs, dining & sightseeing. We werent disappointed. The location was perfect. Due to Sheila (Landlady of the guest house) having to be away, she left us in the very capable hands of Val. We had the family...

The other good room looked like no 3 too.:) The train noise isn't really an issue on your room only to be heard at Breakfast occasionally . The shared bathroom is no hassle as there is a sink and shower in...
